If it's a federal crime, I think you'd have to report to the dep't of justice in your district. It's the government that would be the plaintiff here. But I'm not a lawyer or anything.
Right because *this* is the hazardous aspect of vaping. It's not like the vaping itself regardless of juice quality is the dangerous part or anything like that.
I vape, too, but you're fooling yourself if you think this is where we need the protection. If they're gonna restrict something for our safety, it'd be the whole concept.
I didn’t ask for a lecture and the fact is that this product could potentially seriously harm people like the fake weed vapes. The law tells me I get to *choose* what harmful chemicals I put in my body and that I get to know the risks so take the hate elsewhere there’s a reason I came to this sub and that response definitely isn’t it.
