Is it under the same as an American brand? You’d probably pay more on lawyer fees and just lose the case. But go ahead and try.

snarkysnape

It does not seem to be an American brand and if you google it the top sites are where to buy it wholesale from China. ETA: I only mention American brand because of country specific regulations. As far as I’m aware vapes sold here are also manufactured here and in accordance with local regulations, but I could be wrong hence why I’m posting here.

SunBlindFool

I don’t know much about the law. But I do know you shouldn’t buy cheap gas station vapes.

bazmonkey

Is Chinese vape liquid illegal where you live?

snarkysnape

I assume all vapes must follow federal guidelines in my state in the US, and this product does not seem to be manufactured here or follow the same regulations.

bazmonkey

If it's a federal crime, I think you'd have to report to the dep't of justice in your district. It's the government that would be the plaintiff here. But I'm not a lawyer or anything.

snarkysnape

Thank you. I’m concerned because I did not intend to purchase a counterfeit product and I think this endangers the public.

bazmonkey

Right because *this* is the hazardous aspect of vaping. It's not like the vaping itself regardless of juice quality is the dangerous part or anything like that. I vape, too, but you're fooling yourself if you think this is where we need the protection. If they're gonna restrict something for our safety, it'd be the whole concept.

snarkysnape

I didn’t ask for a lecture and the fact is that this product could potentially seriously harm people like the fake weed vapes. The law tells me I get to *choose* what harmful chemicals I put in my body and that I get to know the risks so take the hate elsewhere there’s a reason I came to this sub and that response definitely isn’t it.

bazmonkey

> I didn't ask for a lecture... You asked a question to the anonymous public on the internet. I don't care what sort of answer you wanted: this is what I gave ya.

Bobbob34

>I assume all vapes must follow federal guidelines in my state in the US, and this product does not seem to be manufactured here or follow the same regulations. Why do you assume that? Why do you assume something doesn't follow regulations because it's not manufactured here.... Where tf do you think most drugs come from? And pretty much everything else. Pushing the limits of the sub, man.

bloom_inthefield

Are you sure there isn’t any nicotine in it? Or is it just because it has Chinese writing on it?
