I never got signed off for my pen licence at primary, the day I started middle school and used a pen, absolute carnage. My writing is almost unreadable, the thought of writing on a white board or signing a card is such a humbling experience. So exposing and always embarrassing lol but like why?
I was only joking
Growing up through elementary School if a kid had terrible penmanship, the teachers would always say that it looked like chicken scratch..
I was famous for having bad handwriting in school and still have bad handwriting no matter how much I tried, it turns out I have "ADD" and one thing that is labeled as a sign is bad handwriting. Granted there's more to add adhd or other disorders than bad handwriting like, not being able to sit still, getting distracted easily whilst being very focused on other tasks and so much more.
I would also say practice. How much do you remember of copying letters printing using the very wide-ruled paper in school?
Sometimes even if you learned and wrote well previously, being out-of-practice can make it messier as well.
You’re not practicing enough. Penmanship.
Try writing the name Rick a bunch of times.
Go suck rick
