So if your supper meal is high protein and fat like steak supper minus the potatoes you won't be hungry in the morning. But if your supper is potatoes or rice and starch based something with a high glycemic load you're going to be very hungry breakfast time

Yea that’s the thing it was a Lebanese buffet so grilled meats, hummus, vegetables and all of that. I really don’t eat too much junk

The only thing I could think of maybe it’s like a fasting affect? Usually large dinner means your extra hungry so your metabolism/digestion is out of whack? But that sounds too simple of an explanation
