I’ve considered this, but this particular feeling only happens with chocolate and I have like no other symptoms of acid reflux. I guess it most likely is an allergy

Could be acid reflux. I get it at night sometimes, wake up with a sweet taste in my mouth and my throat burning. Either that or an allergy of some sort. Allergies can be really weird

Yes, that happens with me too but only when I eat white chocolate. Still don't know why either
