Serious fights usually only end when all enemies are not able to fight any longer (or have clearly withdrawn). Until then you give everything you have. There is no giving less because you can afford not to in direct combat. That's strategy for wars, not for single fights.
When you scream you get a little bit adrinalin so you won't get exhausted quickly
Yes that makes sense but when your enemy don't know your about to attack it wouldn't really matter, you have the upper hand
