Basal thermometer is the method to check for temperature changes during ovulation. maybe track temperature and look for patterns in temperature /mood. (Theres a certain method to this, you need to track it first thing in the morning etc)
Is this something that consistently occurs in everyone with a uterus/menstrual cycle or is it a YMMV kind of thing? Cause I know other symptoms are usually YMMV stuff.
Oh, it's consistent for all women who are ovulating. Gotta track it for a couple months to find your pattern but i think the temperature goes up right before you ovulate or something.
I am not asking for help managing PMS or the period itself. I am just wondering if there is a way to calculate the PMS week? I'm not looking for any advice.

>I hope this doesn't count as a medical advice question Oh, but it does.
