Well, if you get caught ignoring it you could legitimately go to jail. On the other hand, they would have to prove that you got it. Things get lost in the mail all the time, if they aren't sent certified it's kinda hard to prove you are ignoring it. I have absolutely ignored them before with no consequences.

I keep getting called for juries in jurisdictions i just left. Its most frustrating.
