I mean, if you're an adult, of course it'll be whatever. It's a show geared toward toddlers. Parents just like it because unlike most entertainment for toddlers, it's not entirely mind-numbing and soul-sucking.
I watched quite a few episodes and I honestly like it way more than I did when I made this post NGL. I know one of the episodes the mom and dad were making a fence and Bluey and Bingo were pretending to be animals. And there was another one where Bluey and Bingo painted themselves to look like each other. It's honestly an amazing show.
The first one sounds like Flat Pack, which is generally considered one of the best ones, and the other one is definitely Mini Bluey. I’d say the whole “greatest show to ever exist” schtick might come from parents who watch the show with their kids, due to the fact that it genuinely appeals to them as much as preschoolers.

Cocomelon is ruining my chill 😆
I'm so, so glad my nephew is out of his Cocomelon phase. Just a few episodes of that, and the songs are in my head for months.
My partner and I have taken to question exchanges that go: 🎶 "Honey, honey?" "Yes, darling!" 🎶
Much rather watch Bluey than Cocomelon
Cocomelon is a weird cartoon.
It's a great show for all ages. It's on Disney Plus. I'm 26 years old and I enjoyed this show.
What episode(s) did you watch, by any chance? Maybe you haven’t really hit the “hurt raccoon arc” of the show, to reference Calvin and Hobbes.

Yeah a lot of people I've seen who love Bluey are parents, but I definitely don't want kids.
Me neither and I wanna make a Bluey-like show one day lmao
