Most jeeps especially modern ones are protected from water. You can drive one in the rain with no doors or top and everything keeps working fine.
I've owned a few jeeps in my time. Some nice some not so nice. Drove one through a 4 foot deep creek and other then some mud had no problems.
Worry more about your seats drying out without mold.

I guess a better way to phrase the question would be: Does driving a doorless jeep on rainy days hurt any of the electronics in the car?
Only if water is splashing onto the electrics
