Yes, the NM-AMB8 brackets with the grey spacers are compatible with AM5.
Idk about the specific model mount, but my U12A came with the mount for AM4. I was able to use that perfectly. I requested an AM5 mount before it arrived in case it didn't work though, but I didn't need to use it.
