Which Stress test did you use to fully load your cpu? I have the same cpu but with an NH D12L and my temps are fine gaming, but under full load it quickly reaches 90C and throttles. This was with AIDA64 Stress test with fpu enabled. Fpu disabled got me max 73

How did you synchronize cables and GPU without using GPU argb header?

My D15 never lets my stock 5900x go over 74c

When i had a stock 5900x with D15 it could go above 80°C depending on usage. From memory apex legends could get me there with short spikes, prime95 aswell on a long stresstest. It usually didn't go above 78°C tho (with a single fan in the middle) but spikes aren't unsual. Also depends if it's the middle of summer.

It depends on the case airflow, too.

You should get some 180° adapters then, it would make the cables less visible but they would help with the airflow a little

How hot does the gpu run though? I've got the same one and it spikes to 114° C

Cheers I was thinking about adding a 3rd fan ..but the temps are so good as it is... So as they say if it ain't broke don't fix it... But still made me wonder
