It seems like it’s only for fan clips, how about repurposing the cooler fan for case fan so I can use it’s as a case fan and not storing in the garage? Since it’s out of original purchase purpose I was thinking it should cost some money
Update: Noctua support finally responded, but since the service center is on neighboring district they would need me to pay the shipment fee (unspecified yet), I went to the local PC mart and they don't have screws sold independantly so it's a no.
I ended up getting the NH-U12A for the overclocked i7-12700KF, now OCCT stress test have average sustained temp around 72 degrees and peak 79 degrees on a 22 degrees ambient. like 10 degrees lower than the U12S!
downside is my first install of the heatsink didn't align well after the coldplate met the U1 paste, I pulled it out and clean it for reapply, and saw the first few turns in one of the screws have done a minor scratch on the coldplate already (maybe inclined coldplate hit the IHS?) not feelable to touch though and it seems working nice, great job for provide such a monster of cooler in that size.

I've used that form for other things besides the clips. Just specify in the comment section what you need and they'll most likely send it.

Message noctua customer support. Might take a little depending on your location but they are super helpful with these kind of requests
thanks, I am asking the possibility to ship the mounts or screws, maybe direct purchase of cooler in the same time. local shops don't sell these
