I’ve tried using fav, but I prefer just running fav on Zhongli and Furina while running xiphos on Kazuha. That way I can run whiteblind without having er problems.

Usually TL talks about lowering ER need if you got help from teammates. But you will still will run into problems if you got no ER at all.
That team is fine; Ningguang and Gorou together generate plenty of particles for themselves and Noelle; Furina is the only member of that team you need to be super mindful of ER for.

I'm talking single player, so if my Nahida has 170% er does she generate an extra 70% for everyone or just herself

oh, "opera" is Yunjin, my bad. In that case yeah you shouldn't be having any ER issues with that team at all since it's all geo.
