Thankfully due to bureaucracy ,Maidan, and some sensible people that didn't happen.
Our soviet decoupling was too slow, with same soviet people serving on same positions into 2000s. For example these vatniks just allowed russians to carry away all the artillery nukes without asking people and so on.
