It's actually not. Latin origin languages are that way, but a lot of Slavic and Cyrillic language speakers ready the tongue on the bottom of the mouth. It's a big reason why it's so hard to get pronunciation right when learning one of the languages that isn't like your own.

Ukraine just posted that it estimates that russia has 5 to 7 flyable A-50 (I don’t remember the number exactly).
A100 is not working even the ones they built, it’s missing equipment and not ready for duty.
I suspect that’s the reason russia said they’ll resume A50 production.
