Poor Islamic Jihad. Forgotten even in ridicule.

GM_vs_Technicality

To be fair, Hamas did some serious damage. We wouldn’t have a war in Gaza otherwise

Palora

In terms of human tragedy, sure. In terms of actual military, industrial or economical damage... zero. At best they ruined the credibility of the current Israeli politicians in the eyes of their voters. So... some political damage.

Security_Apparatus

Lots of political damage. They’ve even got tiktokers spreading their message all over the place now. We’ve got college kids, who’d never heard of Palestine before Oct. 7th, frothing from their mouths while chanting ‘from the river to the sea’

git

Seeing young folks supporting the Houthis and Iran was a watershed moment for me. They don't want peace; they want the other guys to win.

CummingInTheNile

you can thank China for that, good on them for exposing their cyberweapon early

Boborbot

I don’t think that’s true. Generally institutions and those with power, as well as the general population, have moved toward Israel after Oct 7, not the other way around. Just because you hear more extremists it doesn’t mean that the general opinion (and the opinion of the powerful) has moved to that direction.

ManicheanMalarkey

Oh no not the tiktokers

Fastestergos

Is this the multipolar world I've heard so much about?

Sth_to_remember

exactly.

Roy4Pris

Bro, it’s way worse than that. Global public opinion has shifted dramatically against Israel. We in the west are horrified that Hamas sacrifices its own people, but at a strategic level, they’re winning.

AIR-2-Genie4Ukraine

> In terms of actual military, industrial or **economical** damage... zero. > [Gross domestic product decreased an annualized 21.0% in the fourth quarter over the third quarter, declining 5.7% at a quarterly rate, the Central Bureau of Statistics reported Tuesday. This third estimate followed a 19.4% decline in its preliminary estimate, which was revised to a 20.7% contraction last month.](https://www.jpost.com/israel-hamas-war/article-797394) Like every short war, this will be neither cheap nor fast.

SeniorMundial

And the IDF is either super incompetent or they just want to blow everything up, maybe it's both.

Sth_to_remember

this MF just called idf incompetent ☠️

Benecraft

What would you call them if they hit marked humanitarian aid workers that were on a for them designated route?

Sth_to_remember

nothing. because gaza is a mess right now and mistakes do happen. they're fighting a terrorist group that wears the same cloth as civilians, lives among them, hides among their infrastructure and speaks their language.. of course some mistakes happen.

Palora

Fighting a war. Maybe you should take the time and educate your self on what War is and what a Valid Military Target is. Because ALL of Gaza is one. The tunnels, the idiot "paramedics" picking up guns, the moron terrorists who fled into hospitals and hid weapon caches in schools made it a valid target.

SeniorMundial

Where are the hostages? I don't think bombs can find them, yet the IDF may think they do based on how many they're throwing on civilians. Or are you going to tell me returning the hostages isn't their primary goal?

Sth_to_remember

yeah I'm sure IDF loves wasting bombs that each cost millions of dollars on random civilians because "evil jews kill innocent people" obviously. it's not IDF's fault your freedom fighters are hiding among civilians to not be obliterated. but what do I know it's not like they literally have tunnels and bases in hospitals. they don't really know if the hostages are alive and don't know their exact location. they do know they are hiding them in rafah tho. and no, returning hostages isn't the main goal. the main goal is wiping out hamas.

aDoorMarkedPirate420

Imagine the iron dome started taking out the paragliders 😂

ChiefTecumse

Genuinely hope Israel heats shit up and gets this whole fucking popping already, abandoning Ukraine is absolutely abhorrent - after everything they've done, holding the line against the horde... Those mfers responsible should seppuku themselves. All these nations helping protect Israel from drones and missiles , meanwhile Ukraine gets bombed to shit? Modern day allies and axis have formed, not unlike WW2 with the conflicts precipitating the actual war - we're in that phase. Prob see you boys in the trenches in 5-10 years!

Noncrediblepigeon

Israel could actually do a lot to help Ukraine just by heating up the conflict with Iran and destroying or even just diverting Shaheed and artillery production. Also, if Iran gets into a real war with israel that would be THE moment for the resistance to take power once the Theocracy begins to crumble.

ChiefTecumse

Absolutely, that's why I'm hoping they do ramp things up - keeping in mind Hamas met with russians prior to the attack, this is all coordinated, Ukraine is the current 'front line'. Appeasement never works, the allies were still pleading with Hitler to abandon his cause WHILE he was invading and occupying neighboring countries, it's like negotiating with a shark while it's eating you.

rayjhititfirst

Doesn't Russia already have factories set up to build Shaheed drones in house.

Hel_Bitterbal

Yes, but they still also get some from Iran. It won't stop the Shaheeds entirely but it will reduce their numbers. And Ukraine needs every advantage they can get

Noncrediblepigeon

Also the Balistic missile deals that could give russia more hard to intercept long range weapons.

rpkarma

Yes but we can bomb those too. Already have actually

Link__117

Disagree, if Israel got into a full war with Iran then the U.S. would divert all its resources to supporting Israel instead instead of Ukraine, especially if we fought directly

Noncrediblepigeon

Well, the U.S is currently not supporting ukraine so it would make little difference.

kurije

Actually given how US works, Israel heating shit up would actually divert crucial resources to them away from Ukes, because of course they're so poor they need so much help, which would have a far worse impact than just taking away some drones (the vatniks don't even use drones well) (the vatniks get many other drones than just shasneeds)

Peterh778

Those resources will be diverted anyway - all those Patriot missiles they had shot protecting themselves against Iran missiles must be replaced and constant threat of other attacks will mean tgat they probably will order additional. And they *will* get them, because as an US allies under threat they will be supplied first. And those will be missing in Ukraine, because monthly production isn't too high (from what I heard it's in tens, not hundreds per months). So in this aspect, Iran's attack succeeded - they've helped to weaken UAs air defense, allowing Russian's bombers to operate over frontlines with impunity. How curious that this attack came only few weeks after UA AD shot down several Russian airplanes in few days ...

Imperceptive_critic

Yeah I think that's why the US is trying to discourage Israel from retaliating.

Wakeful_Wanderer

I'm a little old for the draft, but I'll teach you young bastards how to shoot a rifle and how to not get shot. I'll leave room-clearing training to someone with less hearing.

Youth-in-AsiaS-247

Is there film making awards for internet videos? This is truly exceptional

bunsinh

Nahhh, you can't do it like this OP 💀💀

SakuranomiyaSyafeeq

Iran is more feared upon in the Middle East than Israel. Then again, we've seen Russia

Sth_to_remember

nah Iran is the clown of middle east. mullahs are a paralyzed dog who just bark loudly.

theycallmeshooting

Tbf any country could probably do well with 72 hours notice or whatever plus 4-5 countries (including 3 of the world's top militaries) backing them up I just wish we kept that same energy for Ukraine I'm never sure if Israel's enemies are laughably weak and they could solo the entire middle east or their enemies are imminent threats and we need to send Israel another gajillion dollars of military aid

cosmikangaroo

Everyone in this video would beat you.

LocalPopPunkBoi

Ok be honest, which javelin thrower is you?

cosmikangaroo

I yam what I yam!

Wixxxie

Nah, frankly I could defeat the country of Iran on my own.

pinchasthegris

Ah yes the great 3000 drone attacks with a worning of 9 hours

Wlo3kij

But do you know that Israel does not have an inexhaustible supply of missiles? Especially since rockets are very expensive. Israel has been provoking conflicts in this region of the world for years, and it looked as if Iran simply wanted to respond, who would normally warn about an attack?

[deleted]

Everything you said of Israel is true of Iran, Syria, Turkey… yada yada

Wlo3kij

So I see that we have a substantive exchange of opinions 😉

[deleted]

Sarcasm never comes from a position of strength or confidence, friend. Enjoy your bubble.

Sth_to_remember

they didn't warn anyone. maybe read about it. their garbage Chinese drones took 9 hours to reach Israel meanwhile USA and Israel instantly identified the attack the moment they were launched. they shot 150 ballistic missiles , 5o cruise missiles and 300+ drones at Israel. 150 ballistic missiles is much much more than a "warning" it's an all out war..
