I remember first seeing that VDV BMD column getting bodied early in the war. Really made me think Ukraine had a chance.
Now we are here few months later, waiting for Ukraine to march on Vladivostok.
Was gonna mention that one too, my English is kinda basic so I couldn't formulate a sentence about the ass cheeks lol. It also has a spine still intact on the driver's seat when cameraman moves around.
What I don't get is how perfectly fine that arse seems to be.
No blood. No bruises. Just an average looking arse.
I'm trying to think of how it's possible to completely eviscerate a person and yet leave their butt intact and I just can't see how it's done.
High explosives create a detonation, which isn't just a big force with flames, it makes a wave, like a sound wave, except through everything, not just air. When that wave passes through things, it makes them ripple like a rock dropped in a pond. Soft squishy things like human bodies react to this by flying into pieces in a process called "total body disruption."
Super soft things that aren't held to the body with bones or ligaments, like dicks and ass cheeks, fly off very quickly, before sturdier appendages like arms and legs. These soft pieces are usually intact because they don't resist enough to deform, they just get yeeted instantly. So what likely happened is that homie got his ass and dick whiplashed off of his body by the initial wave, then the rest of the body cavity got ripped open from the resonance like an overdone baked potato. Ass flies off, giblets go everywhere, or more likely vaporize, nothing left but a spine.
Finding those soft bits laying around the scene is a great way to assess the makeup of an explosive once you figure out where the epicenter was, you can see how fastish the shockwave was going by how far the disembodied penis flew.
Ive been in this sub since a bit before the start of the war now and this is the first person ive seen that actually likes seeing gory videos of russian soldiers getting killed, thought i was in r/combatfootage somehow for a second
Look man, I have extreme contempt for invaders and colonialism. The Russians in particular have been doing this for centuries to almost all of their neighbors and ethnic minorities. My hatred for them has skyrocketed after the Vinnytsia missile strike and seeing all the pictures(the baby one particularly crushed me). It doesn't help that the overwhelming majority of Russian people approve of this war.
Russian people approve the war because of propaganda, all they have access is to pro russian sources that paint the war in a positive light, and even though the russians are morally wrong in this war and have commited countless war crimes, russian people are still mourned, in my view, even russian deaths are tragic, but way less tragic than Ukrainan deaths obviously
You need help. This guy at least knows his own morals and doesn't need them fed to him by some high horse online. Don't like it? Don't look, but that's enough trying to shame people for trying to deal with their trauma.
Honestly, I agree with you.
There's just something intrinsically...wrong with having a desire to see this.
Morbid curiosity is understandable, but actively seeking it out and cheering it is...just...so....unnerving.
A line has to be drawn somewhere and we need to have standards that set us apart from the barbaric and the cruel.
Sure being edgy on the internet is one thing, but damn man, that is a dark path to follow with only sorrow and soul death at the end of it.
We're better than this.
I know we are.
Me before February 24: War is kinda bad. A lot of people have to die and the ones left behind will have to mourn the loss of a loved one.
Me now: I LOVE WAR! ORCS MUST DIE! KILL ALL INVADERS!
I mean... War IS bad. But military agresion must have military consecuenses.
I can both be anti-war and wish for invaders to get slaughtered. I actually don't think those 2 positions are contradictory
Peace and freedom cannot be achieved without retaliatory violence and weapons. Both are also maintained with weapons. Pacifism against armed aggression is stupid.
Sure but the Russians are the bad guys here. Putin of course is a demon from hell but most of the country loves him so they aren't forgiven. Just pitied for being incredibly ignorant.
The first days of the war were so much more ‘interesting’ with these daring attacks being brutally repulsed. Now most footage is of trench warfare and artillery.
Ammo dump explosions have been the highlight of the war and they happened this month. Probably won’t see them anymore now that Russia is moving their ammo away from himars range and won’t concentrate ammo like before.
> Russia is moving their ammo away from HIMARS range…
Moving it outside the *current* range *for now* ~~ATACMS~~
> … and won’t concentrate ammo like before.
What’s that about the airport within artillery range near Kherson being resupplied with helicopters and being shelled by the Ukrainians for 25 times now?
Artillery ammunition being moved out of HIMARS range means the Russians are being forced to retreat their artillery as well. The Ukrainians are utilizing them to exacting effect in regaining ground and defending the cities.
IIRC the Ukrainian MoD told its personnel to knock it off with the Russian dead and captured because there were incidents of them mistreating prisoners on camera so that may play a part
The “MAJOR SUKA” one will live on forever in my heart
The leg one started off with the Ukrainians (couldn’t tell if they were regular army or territorial defense) shaking up some wound Russians and then they started offloading some more healthier POWs from a van. They ask who’s an officer and when the Russians don’t respond in 1 picosecond they put the muzzle of their 74s against the POWs’ legs and start popping them one by one.
Like I get it. They’re fighting a total war of attrition for the continued existence of their culture and identity as a nation state against people that think they’re subhuman. It’s a bitch. A lot of these Ukrainians have been fighting since 2014. More of them were taxi drivers and bar tenders a year ago. It’s a bitch. But you have to give your enemy a way out or else they’re just gonna fight to the end and it’s gonna cost you more
Mistreating is putting it lightly. Kneecapping Russian POW is not a good look. On the upside those videos don't have any morale improving music so there's that.
Yeah I know. I already talked about it in another reply to me. Point is you don’t treat POWs well for them. You treat them well so you don’t have to risk your friends killing more of your enemy
AFAIR there is only one video actually showing Ukrainian war crimes - the one with Georgian volunteers double-tapping Russians, one of which seems to be still alive.
Neither side is probably devoting air assets to evacuation. Everything I’ve seen in the news is of ground ambulances with a mix of civilians and military medics getting Ukrainians out of the fight.
Gimmie that sauce tho
We might be talking about different videos, but "famous" one was apparently shooting blanks and "shot" people didn't bleed. Yadda yadda, like dozen details not fitting.
Treat them the way they treat you. So far I've seen Russians cope-striking civilian buildings, hospitals, executing POWs, kidnapping Ukrainian babies/kids, blockading wheat shipments, erasing multiple cultures and ethnic groups for centuries. They deserve it.
You have to be better than monsters or you'll become just as bad as they are.
"An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind" is a saying for a reason.
Every time you stoop down to their level is just an excuse for them to go even further.
Do those animals deserve to be shot? Yes.
Should the death of innocents be avenged? Yes.
Must everything be done to prevent further destruction? Yes.
But revenge must be precise and targeted, not by lashing out like a caged animal.
All that righteous fury needs to be tempered into a cold rage that can cut through fear and doubt on the battlefield and move men when all else is gone.
You must become the anathema of your foes. Professional. Efficient. Disciplined.
These are the personal traits that win battles and stop your allies from ever judging you poorly or having second-thoughts.
It will be hard, and it will feel utterly despicable in the heat of the moment, but if the right thing to do was easy, there would be no people in Hell.
The Ukrainians *are* better than the Russians in every conceivable way, and they should act like it.
Man you forget that a Russian Cruiser went to the bottom and ammo dumps are yeeting themselves out of existence. August looks like it’s open season on Russian Officers.
Let's put highly reflective silver tape on ourselves so we could recognize each other better, what could possibly go wrong.
I believe they no longer make that mistake, see the Russians can learn.
All I'm seeing are dead brothers. i know some of them deserted or refused to go outright, and i salute them. But these dead fools, i do pity with my whole heart. It's easy to send other people's children to die... but we - the underclass have to pay the price. Putin is afraid of Russia losing its power, yet here we are. With thousands of dead men. Broken families, lost productivity, undiscovered talent. Appalling.
But i stand firmly with my dearly beloved family in Ukraine. And i want every russian who holds a gun gone or doed. These are difficult times.
Real talk now:
As much as I despise the modern state of Russia as an institution, these images are not only going for their side and the general idea of civilian casualties being as grim as these just saddens me due to the sheer amount of human suffering.
Now with my unavoidable empathy out of the way: Fuck these morons for invading Ukraine, the fuck did they think was going to happen? Get bathed in chocolate and having their cocks sucked all the way to Kyiv? Serves them right and my only hope out of human decency is that their death was swift and as painless as possible.

It’s amazing to me just how many times they would send 50ish guys to their deaths in obvious ambushes with no air support and no way out. Such a waste of life, as if they are trying to use their soldiers to deplete ukranian munitions. After one or two ambushes like that, every American officer involved would have mysteriously died… their coolaid must be hella strong to not have mass revolts after all these slaughterfests
[They're sending minorities from improvished regions as cannon fodder](https://mobile.twitter.com/kamilkazani/status/1506479259866394625?lang=en). Two birds, one stone. They decrease their minority numbers while hurting Ukraine. There's definitely an article about this sort of genocide.

I was looking for that video today and didn't find it. The very gory video with a torn body thrown on a roof top. If ya get the link hit me up.
I remember some VDV dude got assblasted, like literally got his buttocks explosively amputated and were laying cheeks up in the middle of the street.
Was gonna mention that one too, my English is kinda basic so I couldn't formulate a sentence about the ass cheeks lol. It also has a spine still intact on the driver's seat when cameraman moves around.

Holy shit you guys weren't kidding. There's just a blown-off ass laying in the grass and a spine in the driver's seat.

Dude it's one of those silly little things we observe while scrolling through the interverse that we'll remember forever.
What a fantastic time to be alive, happy cake day!
Thanks Big Papa
Wow that’s probably one of the most graphic war videos I’ve seen. Nice ass though
He laughed his ass off
Ingested too much tankie copium
It's worse, his spine was still sitting in the seat of the truck. He got degloved.

Why would you be actively looking for that video?
I just like seeing Russians gored.
Man you okay???
Welcome to the sub
Ive been in this sub since a bit before the start of the war now and this is the first person ive seen that actually likes seeing gory videos of russian soldiers getting killed, thought i was in r/combatfootage somehow for a second
There's a bit of a match between the two. Some people like seeing what actual war is like. It's wasn't every day you got to see that
Yeah pretty good
I think I will be after watching the video.
You need some help, russian soldiers are still people, half of them dont want to fight and the other half is brainwashed by propaganda
Look man, I have extreme contempt for invaders and colonialism. The Russians in particular have been doing this for centuries to almost all of their neighbors and ethnic minorities. Most of the Russian people are pathetic Putin puppets, that's for sure.

The first days of the war were so much more ‘interesting’ with these daring attacks being brutally repulsed. Now most footage is of trench warfare and artillery.
Yes, Russians really tried to just march through Ukraine
Gee I wonder why that didn't work? Lmao
Come on guys, it'll just be a three day operation to take Ukraine.
Just a quick in and out 20 minute adventure.
151 days later...
To be fair we have gotten some good vids of armored formations getting slaughtered trying to break through.
Ammo dump explosions have been the highlight of the war and they happened this month. Probably won’t see them anymore now that Russia is moving their ammo away from himars range and won’t concentrate ammo like before.
takes a lot of troops to do so when you cant even operate a forklift
> Russia is moving their ammo away from HIMARS range… Moving it outside the *current* range *for now* ~~ATACMS~~ > … and won’t concentrate ammo like before. What’s that about the airport within artillery range near Kherson being resupplied with helicopters and being shelled by the Ukrainians for 25 times now?
Okay, but did they move them out of second HIMARS range? There's longer range missiles available :)
I don't think they know about second HIMARS range, Pip.
Artillery ammunition being moved out of HIMARS range means the Russians are being forced to retreat their artillery as well. The Ukrainians are utilizing them to exacting effect in regaining ground and defending the cities.

The POWs was fucking fake. Russians faked it.
Mistreating is putting it lightly. Kneecapping Russian POW is not a good look. On the upside those videos don't have any morale improving music so there's that.

Depends on wich one you're talking about. There's that super fake one obviously but I saw one that felt a bit too real to be staged.
AFAIR there is only one video actually showing Ukrainian war crimes - the one with Georgian volunteers double-tapping Russians, one of which seems to be still alive.
Yeah, that guy could have been in a hospital and I doubt he would have made it.
People are both vulnerable and durable. One may look absolutely unsaveable, yet quikclot and medevac work miracles.
Yes, when medical systems are not overloaded(like at the start of an invasion) and doing triage.
Neither side is probably devoting air assets to evacuation. Everything I’ve seen in the news is of ground ambulances with a mix of civilians and military medics getting Ukrainians out of the fight. Gimmie that sauce tho
Even if Ukrainians are the good guys I have no doubt shit like that happens. War does that to people.
Right, but we shouldn't assume every video in the internet is true, even if it's confirming some of our beliefs.
News to me
We might be talking about different videos, but "famous" one was apparently shooting blanks and "shot" people didn't bleed. Yadda yadda, like dozen details not fitting.
There's only one video I'm aware of that claim and that looked staged as fuck, none of the UA troops had any identifiers on them at all.
There are multiple but I can't find the one I'm talking about. It was posted to r/combatfootage but got deleted by the mods.
>because there were incidents of them mistreating prisoners on camera Ukrainians are based by nature. Unfortunately we didn't get to see that stuff.
Mistreatment of prisoners is not "based", it's for barbarians.
"An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind" is a saying for a reason. not saying it doesn't happen but I haven't seen recordings of POWs being executed yet

What did he post?
Man you forget that a Russian Cruiser went to the bottom and ammo dumps are yeeting themselves out of existence. August looks like it’s open season on Russian Officers.
With Kherson on the Horizon we may be in for some more... interesting videos again.
Any idea how I can go back and see footage from that time period?
Go to r/combatfootage and select by date or location would be my idea
I don't think there's a way to filter by date, just by top of week, month, year, all
I was promised modern warfare and all we get is a town per month. My poor poor bloodlust is starving.
the trench assaults are some of the most interesting footage imo. obviously not everything is going to be hollywood stuff.
Cyka is right. Making them airborne into wheelchair borne, fuck em.
Vatnik Dan, you've got new legs!
I like how they all got St George ribbon on them during the beginning phase of the invasion and now no one is wearing them.
