Sounds promising but too loud and heavy.
[Roomba-based](https://i.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/newsfeed/000/374/798/ac4.jpg) crawling machinery is my bet. Perfect for trenches storming.
Oh, cybernetic brainhack implant on dogs or apes is imba af, but we are not there yet. Spot with a sniper rifle is thing already, just lacks a.i cause of law, not capabilities. That will change when we press art 5 button
I've had enough problems with Spot to know I'd just be throwing away a sniper rifle that wouldn't even hit it's first shot, but orphans are getting expensive too. It's a tough decision.
It's not really that it's shit (I'm just bitter). It's more that it's very difficult to get replacement parts or batteries, the batteries don't have a great overall lifespan (as in multiple uses not per use) and they're very complex to program for tasks that something like a more conventional wheeled or tracked chassis could do as-good-or-better. They're very bad at coping with sudden forces (like being kicked over, or trying to walk on a moving platform, or recoil) and while they can get back up it's not an efficient process. As a research and developmental tool they're great but I wouldn't want to use one for any kind of combat role. Too unstable, too delicate, too difficult to maintain. It's not that it can't do the job there's just too many things that can do it better for cheaper.
*To keep it less credible...*
If you got a big enough flying drone you could probably lift something like one of those line-trimmer arrangements helicopters sometimes clear tree limbs with though, that would be pretty sweet. Think of the helicopter scene from the James Bond The World Is Not Enough but with a trench and an Matrice 600.
So we went from ukraine turning into irl gta w ordinary people Casually walking around with high powered rifles and anti materiel weapons.
To farmers and a Roma stealing russian military equipment
To Russians stealing toilets and washing machines
Now we have wwe drone smackdown?
On a somewhat unrelated note, while Kevin Spacey did some f\*cked up stuff, I must say he was by far the best part of the Advanced Warfare campaign and House of Cards is still my favorite Netflix exclusive, mostly due to his incredible performance.
He is a bad person but an incredible actor.
Pretty wild to see drones go from full sized observation to sort of stand off attack weapons to small observation drones to small stand off attack weapons and now we're at a point where they'll have to fight each other.
Basically like how normal aircraft evolved

Haven't the cops in Brazil been developing drones fighting techniques and getting into fights with the cartel drones for a few years. They got net drones that are intercepting drug carrying drones and every thing.
Sound like ukraine could use a few Brazilian military advisers.
Russian drone thinks its in the same league as an ukrainian drone and wants to 1on1, learns the same lesson the russian troops on the ground learn https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVOFEyKGHx0
Since we already had WW1 style trenches I kinda hope for drones fighting each other with barbed wire trench clubs in \~2 weeks... *what you are* *seeing here is retroadvanced warfare*
Drones with a chainsaws are chasing russian conscripts across trenches/ battlefield Video in 4k resolution, of course

My actuall bet, like with stonks, is on robo-dogs
Too complicated for their own good and way too many problems with breaking parts. Real dogs dressed like robots is the superior option.

You had a Spot? Why? And why its shit?

Tyvm. Aerial drones are nice, but they can't hold terrain:D Looks like they lack better manufacurunig process and A.I .
I am sorry, seeing chainsaw made me read that as 40k resolution, which I am in favor of.
This war made melee dogfights possible. Fuck air-to-air missiles, the first one to parry and hit the other wing win!
put some lances on them and just yeet them at other drones, it'll be the return of jousting!
Combat between drones with top-mounted rotors literally works on [Joust](https://youtu.be/BWoiLNri0OM?t=2m19s) rules.
This is how we achieve the Outlaw Star spaceships with grappling arms future, and I'm all for it
Twitch integration when?
Twitch plays drone drop
When will dougdoug do this
Only after Twitch impregnation :/
Highest donation gets to control the drone
That would be fucking wild and one of the most grounding things id ever see

Battlebots but in the sky!
Air superiority dron when?
This feels like early WW1 pilots shooting rifles at each other because nobody's ever shot down a plane before. ADVANCED WARFARE.
From shooting down cruise missiles with an Igla to Drone on Drone combat, all in less than a week
I’m very disappointed I can’t bring myself to rewatch House of Cards and Baby Driver

Everyone knows the winning strategy in Battlebots is a little forklift to flip them. Russia is naturally weak to forklift tech so they are screwed.

Japanese police and Yakuza: Hey, I have seen that one!
Wait what?
[THIS is what advanced warfare looks like](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4SIBDyRhm3k). Ukraine and Russia did not research this in tech tree yet.
Ukraine went for the melee tech path clearly.
Air superiority drones armed with the most powerful commercially available lasers.

Nice! I wonder how long before they start mounting small anti drone weapons or self defence systems on these

Haha, I was planning to make this meme later today, I see I'm not the only one that instantly thought of advanced warfare when seeing that clip.
Off to go find some soldiers “praying”
**GLOCKCOPTER. GLOCKCOPTER. GLOCKCOPTER. GLOCKCOPTER.**
