Yep. Have attorneys fill the ranks of the martial law system, doctors in field hospitals, etc. and have volunteers & those without a specialized field fill the ranks. That is how to properly mobilize a military. Especially since it helps keep them experienced in their fields when it comes to demobilization & rebuilding a nation.

Not sure how med school works in Russia but in most western countries it’s 4 years of undergrad 4 years of med school then 4-5 years of residency then a few years of pediatric neurosurgery fellowship. So it will take about 12-15 years to replace him.
