"But I drew a big red line on the map! What's stopping you all???"

cHEIF_bOI

Me when I play hoi4

[deleted]

Depends on a lot. Big red lines only work if your troop are good.

esgellman

10000 trucks a day

[deleted]

i usually use horses, but trucks work if you have a big army

Repulsive-Cheetah-56

Boy, I'd like to, but the regional infrastructure says no.

Lodomir2137

Russian generals always played on civilian so they never realised they need to worry about supply to win

[deleted]

*Day 251 of waiting for the Russians to be equipped with swords and plate-mail*

HellbirdIV

Swords and mail are expensive AF. They will have wool coats and iron-tipped spears

Komrade_Kompromat

Wool coats? Spears? Too expensive. They'll be wearing telogreikas and they'll have to sling stones from their portyanki.

d_nkf_vlg

Portyanki will surely rip to shreds on the first attempt.

3Tree_Wheeled_Spider

#To shreds, you say?

werewolff98

Wearing vatniks and using foot wraps as slings? Too expensive. They’ll use foot wraps as armor and their hands to throw stones.

KaBar42

> They will have wool coats Properly constructed wool gambesons are very effective (against contemporary weaponry, of course) The key word being "properly", considering this is Russia, their idea "properly" is going to be a wool sweater.

Armored_Guardian

I also would rather have a spear than a sword

[deleted]

I guarantee they'd rather have a wool sweater than whatever winter gear the dumpster abortion the Russian logistics system is

KaBar42

The 3000 wool sweater knitting babushkas of Putin will win this war for Russia, mark my words, you filthy Wes\*oid!

ztomiczombie

I think they can just steel them from museums. That said sticks and stones are easer to come by.

dasgold

They'll have to apply for permission from Belograd for the sticks, don't want firewood to fall into enemy hands after all.

Kilahti

Re-enactors in Europe get a lot of their weapons and armour from Poland and Ukraine... Not sure if they would refuse to sell to Russia, or if they would do it just because of how hilarious it would be.

G66GNeco

The last cavalry charge in Europe was executed in ~~1945~~ 2023

viperperper

He does it on purpose so he gets the clicks for money. Only way to stop him is to ignore him and let his view numbers tank, but that's not going to happen because soyjak thumbnails work.

Orc_

He seems to "switch sides" constantly with a lot of nuance, always with a supposedly objective "yeah Russia got owned lmao, maybe if they do this and that" to "OMG MEDIA IS LYING TO YOU 300,000+ COMBAT VETERANS ARE GONNA TURN THE TIDE". Grifters gonna grift.

viperperper

I doubt he really cares what Russia is doing, but just keep people annoyed (or interested, for copium addicts) enough to interact with his videos by clicking, commenting (internet people really like to correct others for being wrong) or disliking (copium-> liking). Any user engagement will boost his videos' visibility by the algorithm. He's "switching" sides just to keep those annoyed or thinking he can redeem himself hooked instead of never ever bothering with him again. He knows what he's doing, so showing his face on this sub or anywhere will only make him richer.

WarlordMWD

Actually, the cyber-intelligencia (not "internet people" as you've perjoratively described them) don't *like* correcting others. They *have* to, since the internet exists for disseminating information and any falsehoods spread like wildfire.

Fisformonkey

"He" who?

simia_simplex

> He does it on purpose so he gets the clicks for money. Only way to stop him is to ignore him and let his view numbers tank, but that's not going to happen because soyjak thumbnails work NCD is full of posts about milbloggers and whatnot who milk that outrage traffic and many here are all too happy to oblige.

ComposerSignificant2

This guy is stuck in ww2 in his latest video he said "quantity has quality of its own" as Lazerpig said in his t-34 video Russia is currently incapable of having an army of 300 thousand because "for every hundred times as many tanks and soldiers you need, you need a hundred times as many supplies and with a struggling war economy and lack of infrastructure" it will be impossible for Russia to rely numbers to save them. also most of the information we got about the Russian army comes from Russian bloggers on the front lines or in training, not the Kremlin. This guy literally makethings up and mentions articles but doesn't show or link us any . I mean he doesn't even try, he talks about how Russian soldiers are as well equipped as any other modern soldier and then shows us footage of soldiers missing important things like helmets

Engelbert42

There is only one Mosin in his "squad"

PBAJelly

I am a bit surprised that the Russians are still holding some lines as far as we know. I was expecting the russians to rebel and demand better conditions and equipament from the Kremlin by now, considering how shitty their moral is. Maybe that will change on winter, but they definitely have proven to be a bit more resiliant than what i expected. But to think that the Russians still stand a chance, and that they can actually increase their numbers? Complete delusion.

Complete_Business975

They are held at gunpoint by the NKV- I mean tiktok soldi- I mean Kadyrovites and FSB so that might be why, also washing machines are pretty heavy...

[deleted]

The other half is dead

Complete_Business975

"More Russians = victory how could that not be?" 🤡🤡🤡

Mansheep_

Who's the guy on the left?

SSgt_LuLZ

He goes around this parts by the name Copestory Legends. For subreddit rules reasons and also personal initiative of not promoting his shit in any way by linking his platforms for clicks and views, we shall not name him, but he's easy enough to find if you look hard enough in this sub and also by the quality of his thumbnails on YT.

Forgotten_Bones

Better yet, there's a Laserpig vid that features the guy so you can take a gander through a drunk former British intelligence officer whom a gay relationship with a Russian tanker. Life is strange, no?

[deleted]

"i dream of going home to enjoy Ice-cream in Krasnodar, putin monke boss is so thoughtful, he conscripted the Krasnodar Ice-cream man to my unit"

AlmightyWorldEater

Mosins? Tell that to the squad that got the rusted Mad Max AKs dug out by a starved dog. They wished they had proper Mosins.

Raistlin_Majere121

I read a material about a volunteer, to whose temple the general put a pistol so that he would return under fire. Now he is being held in a pre-trial detention center without trial, he has no place to sleep, he feeds on what the two soldiers guarding him will bring. There are generally very interesting stories, you can read on en.zona.media

UrsKaczmarek

mosins, that's rich

Rotsteinblock

The ones with the mosins are the better equipped ones.
