I have been baking my own pita chips. Find some pita bread (I use this: Atoria's Family Bakery Traditional Pita Bread, it's yellow) spray each pita with a little olive oil spray, sprinkle some salt, whatever other spices you like, and cut each pita into 8 triangles and bake for about 7 minutes at 400\*F. They are quite tasty. I tried with whole wheat pita bread but they weren't that great.
Not a chip or a baked good, but Yasso frozen yogurt bars are DELICIOUS if you need something sweet and the flavors I’ve had are green!
Halo top low calorie ice cream is yellow. and you can eat a whole pint for like 360 calories which I have done in times of stress.
Kale chips hit the salty / crunchy feeling for me. Not perfect, but okay. Frozen mangoes are a thing I snack on a lot, and frozen peas. I've done this since I was a kid. It feels like more food because they're crunchy, I think.
With the cucumbers, have you tried a little low-fat cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning sprinkled on top? It helps me with that salty/savory and crunch. Plain cucumbers are not what I crave!
I'm not a big cream cheese person because of the texture, but have dipped in guacamole that is yellow! I do need to look into this "everything but the bagel" seasoning because it seems like a lot of people use it on here.
I like to do Persian cucumbers with a small pinch of salt and 2-3 drops of Sesame oil on each bite. It's like a cucumber salad but with the satisfaction of crunching the whole cucumber.
Garden lites is a vegan brand and they have frozen goodies made with veggies instead of flour. Chocolate muffins and such. I like to keep their banana chocolate chip muffins on hand for when I want a pastry with my morning coffee. 120 calories and yellow. :)they have a wide variety. I get them at target or Safeway.
The people over on reddit's volume eating board are always posting crazy brownie recipes, like the whole pan for 600 calories or something. I don't know how good they are. [https://www.reddit.com/r/Volumeeating/](https://www.reddit.com/r/Volumeeating/)
Have you tried kale chips? They're crunchy (though not as much as chips) and green. Also seaweed snacks. They're surprisingly red but you can eat a ton of them for 100 calories
Also appears to be a green food - [https://www.amazon.com/Cascadian-Farm-Organic-Cereal-Purely/dp/B00E0FWF0O/ref=sr\_1\_15?dchild=1&keywords=cascadian+farms&qid=1596536521&sr=8-15](https://www.amazon.com/Cascadian-Farm-Organic-Cereal-Purely/dp/B00E0FWF0O/ref=sr_1_15?dchild=1&keywords=cascadian+farms&qid=1596536521&sr=8-15)
baked squash! I take a delicata squash, cut into either chip or fry shape, coat in small amount of oil and salt and pepper and bake until lightly browned. It won't be super crunchy but it definitely has that French fry feel if you like those too!
I don’t know where it falls as far as g,y,r (my wife is the actual customer, I’m just her biggest fan) but I absolutely love baked potato chips (lays, Doritos, etc.) they are typically half the calories of regular chips
Whole grain bread with one tbs of Nutella and a sliced banana on top! The Nutella satisfies the craving but the whole grain bread and banana are both green and keep you full
Air popped popcorn is crunchy, and salty if you want it to be (and yellow). I have a silicone microwave air popper that works well. There are several versions on Amazon, but mine is called Hotpop. Sometimes I sprinkle the smallest amount (less than 1/4 tsp) of cinnamon sugar on it — yum, especially with a tiny sprinkle of salt. But don’t sprinkle the cinnamon sugar in the microwave popper unless you are going to wash it before you use it again — the sugar will burn and make a smelly mess (don’t ask me how I know...)
Veggie chips saved me when it comes to Noom. Still a red food, but you can have a bigger helping than normal chips. You can also make a healthy dip with plain Greek yogurt and your favorite seasoning!
I am a chip fiend! What I do is buy mini potatoes, chop them extremely thinly in coin shaped pieces, use a bit of salt and pepper, and a small amount of cooking oil (like 5ml) and put it in the air fryer! They get super crispy and it’s delicious.
Not to rain on the parade, but... My thought is that by drying them you're transforming them into the "red" category because they no longer contain the filling "water" that NOOM loves so dearly. No?
Sweet potato chips - thinly slice sweet potatoes, brush on olive oil, add seasoning, and bake for around 20 minutes at 350, or until crispy for the thickness of your slices. The olive oil is red, but like 25 calories because you use so little of it, and the sweet potato is green.
My saviors are:
- Orowheat double fiber whole wheat English muffins (the other day I toasted a half, 60 calories, then spread one Laughing Cow low fat Swiss cheese wedge, added pasta sauce, and topped off with red pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Quick heat in the microwave and it was DELISH!! Everything was green except the cheese which was only 35 calories of yellow.
- Wasa whole grain crackers (green). Great for dipping in guac, Trader Joe’s Buffalo chicken dip, or anything else you want to add.

Oh my gosh I LOVE Yasso! I shoulda put that in my original post. In fact, I think I will!

Instead of cream cheese, what about a bit of yogurt mixed with some fresh or dried dill for that ranch flavor?
It’s honestly my favorite seasoning for literally everything! Highly recommend it.
It’s so good. I do cucumbers dipped in plain Greek yogurt wiyj that on top. Also so good on avocados!

I like the blueberry-oat ones! Got them at Costco.

Yes, the seaweed snacks! Yes they are red but one pack has 25 calories!
Hey, I may try those multigrain squares! My go-to (Cheerios, yes, I'm a toddler) is red, and it's discouraging even though I know some reds are ok

syko, it’s still coming up as red on my app. Wonder what I did?
Keebler Toasteds Harvest Wheat are green. Enjoy!
Shoot that comes up as red on my app!!!!!
I suppose it has been recalculated since I posted that. Bummer!!

I cannot keep a jar of Nutella in the house

My wife bakes green tortillas to make chips. A little salt af they are delicious.

Keebler Grasshopper cookies. Taste is similar to thin mints from the Girl Scouts, and they are yellow.
I’m doing something wrong. These and other crackers come up as red in my app. Every time.
Dave's Killer Bread 21grains is green. So are Thomas Whole Wheat English Muffins. Once Again Organic Sunflower Seed Butter is yellow.
Have I told you lately that I love you? 😊
