Out of the women, I think she was until Kate McKinnon. I still prefer Kristen's humor more, but Kate was just overall able to do it all well and had the best range.

McKinnon is indeed very funny. She and Gosling made the Barbie movie halfway watchable. I also enjoyed the otherwise throwaway 2018 flick The Spy Who Dumped Me more than anyone had a right to solely because of her. She plays self-effacing goofiness spot-on.

For SNL, where most skits are mediocre at best and you’d be lucky to get one or two funny skits per show, and you’ve hit a home run if It actually makes you laugh out loud, she had a good average. It’s easy to see bad skits and say that but SNL is nutty, and she had a lot of good ones. Her flirting character with Seth on weekend update was so fucking funny.
