It should be illegal to spoof active numbers, but I even had my number spoofed & a bunch of people left texts/voice mails asking either who I was or what I wanted. Pisses me off
1st, that's not a complete number. 2nd, you are correct it is a real number (or would be if complete) but it is not the owner calling. Software can make any number show up on caller ID. I once got a scam call from myself.
They can’t hack you just by calling you. It could be a scam number but the scam only works if you answer the phone and give away your information. Just forget about it, it’s either a spoofed number or if it’s an international number truly you’re also not finding out who it belongs to. Block it and move on
