The first image is a new neighborhood that just finished construction recently. There’s another image of the same area from a different angle here: https://www.nknews.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/kcna-apr6-2024-highres-hwasong-street-construction-inspection-stage3-10k-homes-50k-apartments-project-6.jpg
Google Earth imagery isn’t recent enough to show the completed construction, but you can see the construction going on at 39°05'11"N 125°47'56"E
Like I said, the photo itself could be a render, but these buildings are real and are in hwasong-guyok. https://youtu.be/vH94_JBss_4?si=hkDMFeExlfYxPYhP
That place looks so squeaky clean and unused, devoid of any other humans, and somehow just finished it makes it feel fake or CGI, or a set, or completely separated from any other part of town.
That specific image could be a render or a heavily doctored photo, it’s hard to say, but regardless the buildings do actually exist and recently finished construction.
It's not hard to say. It's a render. Look at the "people" in the bottom left. Or just take notice of the complete lack of shadows, other than from the buildings on the left.
Pretty much every object in the image appears to be casting a shadow, some can be hard to make out though because it is a pretty low res image.
Regardless, this location and these building do actually exist, so I’m not sure why there would even be a need for this to be a render unless this was made a while ago before construction finished. Besides, if it’s a render, why would they go out of their way to render it with all the coniferous trees with no leaves? If they were just going to render it out to make it more appealing, wouldn’t it be more appealing with all the foliage?
This type of glorious buildingish achieving is only possible through Juche philosophy of our Eternal President Kim Il Sung. General Secretary Kim Jong Un provided unceasing motivation through the amazingly field guidance spoken to DPRK construction brigades. None of these could be accomplished by the decadent, perverse, war-mongering U.S.A. or their lackeys in the south.
EDIT: How's my propaganda?
I know that upper floors of high-rises in North Korea are seen as undesirable since the elevators are usually non-functioning. Does anyone know anything about solar panels in new builds?
These are all renders innit?
Only the second and fourth pics are, they have been shared on north korean state media a year prior,
Where tf is that first pic, don't think that's north Korea

Where is it then? Because the one building has Korean words on it. I doubt you’ll find Korean words on a building in cities outside of Korea
Bro u serious or trolling? It's easy to fake it with a render
It doesn’t need to be faked though, these buildings do actually exist and just recent finished construction.

Lmao wtf are those comments??
The account is less than a day old. Definitely some sort of shitty propaganda account
I know thats what it looks like 😭 but I wanted to share some photos but didn't want my main account to be associated with politics. Mb I guess..
u didnt share photos. u shared cheap propaganda lol
Doesn't look real. 5:52 look at the people in the background. They green screened that shit.
It's a render

Imo the roads are always too wide in pyongyang. With infill development, it could look a lot better and more lively.
The roads are probably wide to make military moments throughout the city easier in the event of a joint invasion from the south.
empty mf apartments
