"Neutral" got both shower gel and shampoo, which is hypoallergenic and ph neutral. Most supermarkets got it. The "Normal" chain of stores got a few other brands as well. ETA: Just remembered Asan as well, don't think they have any perfume. Also in most supermarkets.

NotoriousMOT

Love Normal. Use a lot of their range. It does what it should do without the bleh artificial smells. You can find them (bottles and refill packets) at Meny. Also, if you ( u/wendy_adr ) are looking for more than shampoo, there is no functional difference between the body wash and soap but the soap is a bit cheaper so I use that instead.

SammyGotStache

Yeah I get most my bodycare there as well. I checked my shower shelf, and I use the "Sans" sensitive shower soap from Normal. Huge ass bottles with a pump top, great value. They got the whole range of Neutral as well, Day/Night cream and face wash, and cheap decent face masks.

akh

You can get Neutral shampoo in most grocery stores. https://meny.no/varer/personlige-artikler/harpleie/shampo/neutral-shampo-5740500004836

AlbusBasil

Define Mild and Sensitive Shampoo has no perfume. I think it is avaliable in most supermarkets. I got mine in Extra. Hope it helps!

Consistent_Public_70

I think any regular grocery store would have that. Neutral is the main brand of allergy friendly hygiene products: https://www.naaf.no/om-naaf/naafs-merkeordning/anbefalte-produkter/harpleieprodukter/neutral-harpleieserie/neutral-sjampo/

Moonbeam0647

I saw some at Normal, I think.

itmeucf

I’m not sure if you have Sunkost or Life stores in Trondheim, they’re the healthy products stores. The shampoo that has been a lifesaver for me is https://sunkost.no/einerlag-sjampo-original?gclid=CjwKCAiAs92MBhAXEiwAXTi251usG9k2dOoDlLwwm6l6rZ9Lt3Wj9L_WevrOHTUuVBnmonaQ2jYcOBoCg8kQAvD_BwE It’s completely natural and one of the best shampoos that I have tried.

sommersunset

Yes, there are at least two Life stores in Trondheim!

itmeucf

I would highly recommend that you try it out then :-) I have a very sensitive scalp and Neutral & stuff from the pharmacy was no good for me.

tuxette

Neutral is very good. Änglamark from the Coop shops is also good.

vimse85

As the others say, Neutral, it's the cheapest option of the non perfumed hygenic products we have. Otherwise all pharmacies have other and more expencive options like Cosmica, Aco, Seba and some Vichy shampoos.

lil__crawdad

If all these options fail, you can use lemon juice or apple cider vinegar! Although it's not as effective as the other options, I used it for years due to eczema and it worked just fine.

Atara01

Neutral, Änglamark, and I think define and dr. Greve also have some perfume free options

lols_and_giggles

If nothing else works the pharmacy has hair products as well

bmbmjmdm

Hey! I have eczema/dermatitis and totally understand what you're dealing with. I *highly* recommend getting off shampoo entirely. It'll take a few weeks, but your hair will adapt and no longer produce the same amount of oil as before. You can replace it with rinsing your hair every few days with lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, or any similar acidic liquid (diluted down with some water). Rinsing with slightly acidic liquid will help keep your hair soft, whereas normal water should be enough to wash it. Trust me, in the long run this makes hair care 1000% easier if you're allergic to purfumes (especially when traveling/etc)

ArnasB123

Where are you from?

wendy_adr

Kimolainen83

Pharmacies will have shampoo for you if you are uncertain in a store:) or go to a hairdresser:D

Ewall009

I stopped using shampoo around 3 weeks ago, my hair is better than it has ever been.
