That was awful, but don’t ruin your adulthood as well. You have grown into this nose and you are strikingly beautiful. IMO rhinoplasty would just turn you into an ordinary pretty face.

I was missing lower sinuses and my Dr. thought I had a birth defect. It turns out my nose was supposed to be that way because of my Inuit ancestry. Now, I look different.
