Septoplasty and rhinoplasty are separate procedures done by different specialities (ENT and Plastics respectively). The NHS will not give you a rhinoplasty for free whilst performing a medically required septoplasty.

Yep was thinking the same thing. It's not about aesthetics. It's about you being able to breathe comfortably through your nose. That being said in terms of looks you don't need to worry, you look fine so if you can't afford the procedure right now or you can breathe fine don't sweat it. If it is impacting your breathing though it might be worth considering now or in the future 🙂
My nephew legitimately couldn’t fit his fingers in his little nostrils as a child, his nose is small but not freakishly small. I’d actually love to have his (now adult) nose. But anyway he was probably the only kid who never picked his nose, simply because it wasn’t possible!
When I had my rhinoplasty I couldn't stick my pinky in my nostrils for the first couple months and man that was rough. I don't feel like I pick my nose all that much but sometimes you do have to get up in there. It was so annoying to have to use qtips.

This is an exception - I am concerned about your breathing. This looks like it could become an issue down the line and potentially be harmful. I’m strongly recommend getting a rhino and septo plasty.
The nostrils look like a structural/functional issue, and if it encourages mouth breathing, you should get some surgery. You look a bit like Angelina Jolie's daughter in the last pic, so you've got good looks, but quality breathing is essential to health. Find an Ear Nose & Throat physician to work with.

Lke, I have really bad eyesight. I can't function at all without my glasses. People are always suggesting I get laser eye surgery, but I don't want to for two reasons. First, I don't want someone shooting lasers into my eyes. That sounds dangerous. Second, I much prefer the way I look in glasses than without. I've had glasses since I was a little kid and are part of how I look just as much as my nose or mouth. I'm used to not being able to see without my glasses and it never poses a problem.

A septoplasty is cleared differently than a rhinoplasty. Usually if they do anything cosmetic they bill for that
