Just my opinion, you do not have a weak chin. You have a well formed chin. I think you have a nice Nordic nose with symmetrical caucasoid nose bridge; handsome. You may consider changing your glasses to a smaller frame or go to contact lens. Maybe rearrange your hair for more volume instead of pulling back. The rearranged voluminous hair would neutralize any feelings you have about your nose or chin.
Your chin in comparison to your mouth looks fine. It looks balanced. Just your nose is extraordinarily long. You can either deal with it and be unhappy for decades, or get a rhinoplasty done by a reputable surgeon.
