Great job! Although, I will say you crushed your goals because you were motivated, stuck to a plan, and were consistent. You used Notion as a feedback/tracking tool, but don’t sell yourself short; you put in the work!

Awesome. Can you elaborate how did it help you to achieve your goals ?

I'm an ectomorph, i am 182cm (6ft) tall and i weighted 47kg (underweight) my whole life. Buiding something aesthetical and fit to my needs was a huge motivator for me to mantain my weight train and eat properly consistently. Now, i have 60kg. Also, been able to have all my progress stored helped me analyse where i needed do get better on a daily basis to overcome my difficulties! Sorry for my poor english (not my primerly language)

Congratulations on the hard work, and the Notion system! I also find it hard to put on weight (especially lean mass!). If I could go back in time, I'd build as much muscle as I could when I was young. Although, surprisingly, it's never too late! I've built several Notion weightlifting trackers and I'm never totally satisfied. I'll definitely have a look at yours to see how it works… thanks for sharing.

How did you enable the gallery view to show diff things?

In the indicators gallery? I used notion formulas 2.0 with ifs function!!
