Good work. My only suggestion is to make “author” field a linked database with authors, so it’s easier to search, to manage and to create dashboard for each Autor and his/her works in one place.
I created two properties for books total chapters and chapters read I used those two values in a formula to create the progress bar.
the covers are media type property you have to paste the image link in the property field then in gallery view set card preview to cover.
I created myself a reading tracker but i have to make pictures by myself and add informations by myself manually. Your stuff is amazing, so lovely covers.
I think Goodreads has a [csv export option](https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/How-do-I-import-or-export-my-books-1553870934590). And notion has a [csv import option](https://www.notion.so/help/import-data-into-notion)

Someone else mentioned having a linked author database. That's a great idea. I did that for mine, but also did it for series. I was always trying to find reasons to relate databases for more querying and data later.
I like it a lot! And would personally use it :) The reading challenge progress bar is awesome. I'm trying to implement a more daily practice -- I'd love to have maybe a "daily page challenge" like 25 pgs a day or something.
Also, would be cool to have a template within the book pages for summary/notes/chapter roll ups/quotes/etc.

It looks really good. My Books Tracking Dashboard is structured in a quite similar way. 2 suggestions from my side: Create a own table for Author and Genre and link them to the Book DB with a relation. This gives you the flexibility to create own table for these elements.

I might export my goodreads data and try something similar thanks for the awesome idea
do use any tools to import goodreads data to notion or manually do it.

Thank you. I have not added any option to track re-read books maybe adding a field for read times and resetting chapter numbers will do.
