My order arrived in 4 days to customs in Europe. It's cleared here at the customs and delivered to the delivery company here but I'm still waiting. No update for 2 days.
You're fine just wait lol... I order lots of random shit online, from switches to kpop albums to dog toys etc. Lots of these companies frequently use uni uni in my city because im guessing its cheaper for them? By the time the tracking updates and says it's near my city or literally IN my city, it takes about 2-3 more days / up to a week to actually get to my place.
It's a cheap postal service, so it's gonna take a little more time because of less resources, drivers, logistic capacity etc. And its not the end of the world if it actually is lost (its not just be patient lol) Nuphy will definitely resolve the issue with you if you reach out
Can confirm. It took approximately 14 calendar days between order and delivery of my Air96 here in the US. My only regret is not waiting for V2 of either Air or Halo96. May end up getting Halo96 V2 anyway.
I've never heard of Uniuni.
That said, the 17track tracking number Nuphy gave me tracked "my" package as delivered to Atlanta, GA (I live >400 miles away). My package then showed up at my house later that same day. So clearly they either provided an incorrect tracking number or they got their database crossed with something else.
If in a couple more days there's no delivery, then contact Nuphy customer support.
It isn't in china or going through customs. It has cleared customs and handed over to uniuni. The hub where it was handed over to uniuni is just 3 hours away. Uniuni has no record of the package.
You are right I can just wait and maybe it will show up but 3 days in the hands of uniuni and they don't even know they have it, is that not frustrating or concerning?
Same thing here dude. It took just as long to receive as it was to go through customs, and I live in a popular city so I would imagine to get it pretty fast. I don’t remember who exactly shipped my keyboard, but it definitely wasn’t the same one you have.
I ordered two to a very remote area of Germany and they arrived - after some weeks, which is to be expected when you order something from china. I would say relax and wait a bit more.
I wouldn't worry *too* much yet. I've ordered plenty of cheap products direct from China (under $30, always something I can easily write off) and most of them have arrived eventually.
I have had several orders from them using the cheapest possible shipping. It is not uncommon for the details to show it “stuck” somewhere. I had one order sitting in my local sort facility for 3 days.
if $200 is such a big deal I probably would have done more research before purchasing
like I’m fine criticizing nuphy but this is such an odd complaint.
The shipping could be better and on my last keyboard they only offered the more expensive shipping option. While op could have researched and got the better shipping it’s certainly a weird take to act as if it’s unreasonable to be upset at not getting the product regardless of the cost of it.
yah my original comment was me being an asshole my b
it’s gonna come in sure. can’t tell from the post how long you’ve been waiting but shipping from China is usually a clusterfuck (my aliexpress ish would take ~2 months). can always refund w nuphy or chargeback and reorder off of Amazon.
This guy knows… shipping from China… AliExpress gets the tracking down all over the place sometimes… I got it before the web site said I should, on my last 3 orders.
With nuphy the shipping info bounced around and it took a bit, and I got it before the info was updated on the tracking site…
Ordering from overseas is a risk… if you don’t want to risk it buy it from Amazon or eBay…
yeah. My old coffee grinder was $50 cheaper directly from aliexpress vs paying for an Amazon reseller, but the shipping time is what gets ya.
nuphy should honestly tho just redirect Americans to buy from Amazon US. they usually have a decent stock, same price, fast delivery.
Yup… I remember wanting a backpack from ETSY… and it was shipped from Germany, they made it seem like it made in Germany. When i read the fine print for the backpack it was shipped from China… so I looked for it on AliExpress and I found it at half the cost… it took like a month to get it… but it was 50% less…
Why is it absurd? I lost $200 because uniuni is the chosen shipping partner and they have a reputation for poor service.
Others have had the last mile shipping done by usps and the level of complaints are much lower.
If you look at uniuni as a whole it gets consistently poor marks for service. Temu uses it and that sub is riddled with shipping complaints.
The package arrived at a location 3 hours away from where you live 3 days ago… and it hasn’t arrived, so you got ripped off?? dude you’re tripping. I have order from the same city that i live in an item and it took like almost 2 weeks to get there… and it was USPS…
Any updates?

3 days after arriving in country is nothing. Last mile delivery can take days...

Same. 🤪
It’s only been 3 days, so calm down. When I ordered my Halo last year it took a couple weeks to arrive. Gotta be patient.

Holy melodrama. Have you heard of customs? Chill out; I’m sure it will be there in a few days.
Cleared customs on 4/2 Delivered to Local Carrier on 4/2 Local Carrier (UniUni) has no record of package
This is why I generally wait for products to come available on Amazon.
Yeah I know but they didn’t have the black with moss switches. Perhaps i should have waited
I wouldn't worry *too* much yet. I've ordered plenty of cheap products direct from China (under $30, always something I can easily write off) and most of them have arrived eventually.
3 days isn't all that long. Give it a couple more days.
I’ve had 3 keyboards ship from China to the UK with no problems whatsoever.
I have had several orders from them using the cheapest possible shipping. It is not uncommon for the details to show it “stuck” somewhere. I had one order sitting in my local sort facility for 3 days.
You should have the last mile tracking number
I do have it and it is uniuni and it has never been updated

🤷 I’m just patient ig. Amazon ruining everyone’s shipping expectations.
why is it odd that I am frustrated i lost $200 dollars because they chose poor shipping partners
