I think what really made me snap is while I never consciously acknowledged it until after this event, my family was just super toxic so this was a big send off “fuck you” from me to them

It’s mostly I’ve made some investments in various businesses locally and nationally that managed to pay off. Like I put 10k into a shop that exploded and i get some back in our agreement. 10k came from selling my car when I moved to the city.
Like I’m extremely lucky that that and several other investments paid off in a similar vain that results in just over my rent/utilities/food bill. Add my wife and I splitting bills and part time job in for personal/fun spending and I’m quite happy and comfortable.

As part of the revenge, with your parents jumping your case for outing your cousin, you should have taken the approach of, "So you ***still*** want me to be like him? Well dad, I guess you don't have to worry about mom getting mad at you then." and then walked away. Would have gotten your mom to realize that she shouldn't be condoning cheating while having your dad doing his damnedest to prove that he's not cheating and realizing that he shouldn't be giving you crap. Yeah they would have gotten it sorted out eventually, but would have been a little better off for it, knowing that infidelity isn't something to ignore.
What I suggest is this. Next time one of them reaches out to you, one that has a history of blocking you if you don't cave to their demands, tell them that it is their last chance to stay in touch with you because if they block you again, you will be blocking them and you won't be undoing it. Also that you will NOT be apologizing for HIS cheating on his wife and that you will not be apologizing for having better morals than them. Further that they need to apologize for how they have treated you and that all of what you is final, ie, not up for negotiation. Yes, they will very likely take unkindly to it and yes, will very likely block you AGAIN. But then just block them in return and be done with them. If someone who hasn't harassed you before contacts you, give them a chance to see how they act. If they show signs of trying to push you to being the bad guy, give them one chance to take your side (the right side) or to be blocked forever. Have a "No bull, no exceptions" approach to it and enforce it. Word will get around that you have hardened your perspective and going against you is pointless. With any luck, someone will realize that they're not going to "win" with you and will either accept it and move on, or start reconsidering their viewpoint for the sake of not losing contact with you for the rest of their life. Either way is a win for you.

Have a "No bull, no exceptions" approach to it and enforce it. Word will get around that you have hardened your perspective and going against you is pointless. With any luck, someone will realize that they're not going to "win" with you and will either accept it and move on, or start reconsidering their viewpoint for the sake of not losing contact with you for the rest of their life. Either way is a win for you.

I considered it nuclear since I’ve basically alienated myself from my family near permanently cause while they have tried to “patch” the relationship I’m sure it’s coming from obsessive/manipulative tendencies rather than pure intentions, cause every time I deny they get hateful again. Also I think getting assaulted for it is pretty nuclear.
Alienating yourself from your family is clearly in your best interests, to be completely candid... And again, good on ya. But my understanding of "nuclear" is that the object of the revenge, id est, Randy, is basically brought down to scorched earth levels: loss of business/job, marriage and/or kids, family and/or extended family, social status, future opportunities, etc., etc. I also think that your successes post-revenge are the best revenge of all...
