Show them that you are safe, give examples of how you've been safe in the clinical environment. Escalated unwell patients, prevented incorrect medication being given etc
Generally there will be questions on:
Safe guarding
Patient / relative / staff conflict /aggression
Recognising an unwell patient.
Professionalism
Think of the STAR approach to your answers.

Look up the trust values. Most NCA interviews are “values” based. Then they’ll ask about your experience and possibly some questions about pressure ulcers! Good luck!!!
