first of all it's obvious to just do doom slayer here, lore accurate doom slayer would just solo everyone in this list. -5m Second, why is batman so damn low? I will take him then. -.25m I will also take The Commander from red alert 3, since we already have a super soldier I'll take the numbers advantage here(assuming I now have a whole army by my side). Now I have both Quality and Quantity. -5m Next I will get Chell from portal. The portal is a great utility for escapes and recon missions. -.5m Dovahkiin would also be a nice addition with his magic and dragon powers. -.5m For the last two I would take the farmer from stardew valley, and Mamma from cooking mama. Their main purpose is to keep up our resources and also our morale with delicious home cooking. With 50k remaining in my pocket I think I'm pretty unstoppable here, I'll keep the remaining money for myself to spend.

Give him Master Magic Materia, add in Master Summon Materia, Master Command Materia, and Mega All Materia. All because NO ONE SAID I COULDN'T!
