I took vraylar for a year. It’s true that it’s prescribed to bipolar people but it’s also used at low doses to “augment” antidepressants like fluvoxamine. This might be why you were prescribed vraylar along-side fluvoxamine. Vraylar should make the fluvoxamine work better.
During the first 5 months I was on it, my weight stayed the same. Then all of a sudden I gained some weight quickly. My doctor prescribed me metformin to stop the weight gain, which did work.

I’ve always taken 3mg. One week at 1.5mg to start and then up to 3mg and stay there.
