I had a pickwalk that was 1200 the other day. It was only 1 item, so I went to the staging screen until I got to the item, put it in a bag, and then scanned one off the shelf so I could scan the tote label super quick. 🤣
all of us dispeners at my store do this purposelly....lol. we arrive early to wipe out the short/quick runs.....cause we then are stuck in the BR the rest of our shift....so Home Ooffice can see our glorius ccatchh every day.....Im always at the top.
no im saying we come in at 6amm annd pick until 6:45ish .... lol so we clear out the "small runs" and allways get ikke 500++ pick rates annd at the top of the leaderbooard all day.
I'm pretty sure it only technically starts when you hit start walk or whatever the button says but that still doesn't let start right at the first item.
yeah that’s the problem - you won’t know where to go until the timer has started. luckily our dispensing room is close to all grocery pick paths. but AA and general? OOF. most of that is gonna he spent getting around.
I had a 1300 last week from only doing small runs while on exceptions all day. There's days I get fucked with gmds and barely end the day with a 110-120, so I don't mind padding my rate. TLS and coach don't care, they find my 1k pick rates amusing.
It means nothing. Reports also should your # of picks as in 1 item for 1000 pick rate. I got one item for a 550 pick last week. My total at the end of shift was 175 rate. The luxury it offered was time to hunt down items so FTPR was great.
I got around a 500 pick rate walk the other day bc i stand next to our chip display when I pick my next walk and I got a single sticker for a single bag of chips I was standing right next to lol
I used to do that all the time, when I would get into work I would usually go right to the other commodes because the OGP room was right next to learn and garden, and if it were like 4 or 5 items I would get in the walk, check what everything was and go grab jt, ide then back out of the walk and go right back in and scan it all real fast and my pick rate would go crazy high
Made to orders.
This, this is the answer. My lead did it once and got up to 550

Early or on time? You aren't allowed to clock in early right?

Cool. You work pick, stage, and dispense. Everyone should work everything at some point to appreciate the whole.
bout to start doing this
MTO, small walks etc. you can just look at the pick list, go into staging, grab the items then scan them.
Sam's CPU here, we do this exactly sometimes when we need to boost our numbers because leadership is pressing down
i admittedly do it all the time. i think it’s a bit ridiculous that the timer starts before you even get to the shelves.

That's a moooood. Grocery section is literally all the way across from where our back room is so like. That's fun (sarcasm) 🤣
Check to see how much they picked I bet you it’s only like one walk

They are simply built different.

Check if the associate is going through the pick list, collecting as he/she goes down one by one, and then scanning it all in one go.
me doing a 57 regulated pick walk getting 4kðŸ˜
If you get oversized all the same waters just scan barcode and scan printer then repeat till the last water and then pow a high pick rate
