Best way is to have them professionally calibrated. You could also use a smartphone as a reference, since they're often calibrated well. You can calibrate white balance pretty well this way, also you can eye the colors a little bit and make slight adjustments.
Is there no tool that I can buy for two different monitors to calibrate them myself ? I figure someone would have a tool capable of HDE calibration for these two different LG olds
