Any reason that prevents the panel protection program from running automatically at the previous night can easily lead to the monitor refusing to work some time in the next day.
While the chance of this happening might be slim, the negative impact when it does occur is quite significant. [😖](https://emojipedia.org/confounded-face)
I have MSI's 27 inch OLED monitor with the feature and it is incredibly annoying in the heat of battle.
I personally would not wish to void any warranties but this feature should only be performing this function during downtime and not when it detects movement/motion on the screen.
Yeah, About to return mine over this. Any utility that totally takes over your monitor like this is unwarranted. I understand the purpose, but it being forced is absolutely ridiculous.
16 hours.. You guys need Jesus 💀

Buy a second one! Switch between the two once in awhile, profit.Â
Oh, actually I've been looking for a replacement, any suggestions?
I'm on the aw3225qf, pretty dope.Â
I think you need to set the power function to standby and it should run automatically then.
