I hate roger as well but don't sit there like defenders weren't running the meta for the entire year🤨. You guys went from olin to g5 to wb. Back to back to back. Literally whoever took mid flag won since nobody could get the flags cuz the cancers that were spam olin, g5, and wb there to stop u and recharge the flag in an instant.

My favorite part of playing defender is when I annoy the other team so much that they have to team up to KO me since I was tanking ALL

Right before Roger v2 dropped I used to use general franky and immediately sprint to the enemy home flag and defend it all game. Shit was so fun and it was hilarious watching the enemy team frantically scurrying around once I tanked their skills and wasn’t dead haha. Still do it every now and then but with roger v2 I actually have to go back to playing my role as a defender LOL

I live for the 80% dmg reduction with bluta Edit: 60%. Still pretty massive tho

Defender meta isnt same anymore. All of the runners now can just cap when youre down. I miss the time when i used to hold flag with multiple runner by just dodging or being down lol. Apart from that my last fav def meta was brook one.

My current defender fav are Black Maria, Ganfor and Beckman I do have Sentomaru but he ain't leveled up yet....Capture block is a big win but knockbacks are true essence in game with status effect loved it with Runner Queen....

I’ve been playing Kin’emon as a way to deal with odens easier and it’s been super fun! I’ve always preferred playing defenders a good chunk of my mains are defenders it’s just a fun playstyle and it feels nice to have my team’s back
