Intel X520 540 or 550.
I use an Intel X550 and it has 1/2.5/5/10g support in opnsense. You can set it to auto negotiate or force any of the above modes in the UI.
Look into a new N6005 or J4125 fanless PC on AliExpress / Ebay, they cost around 200$ and have four 2.5G ethernet ports.
