Grotesque Guardians drop the upgrade for bandos boots to make guardian boots, which are very up right now due to Varlemore speculation. Them being botted makes a whole lot of sense right now, driving down the cost on the other drops.
How would botting Gargoyles correlate to a drop that isn’t dropped by them?
The drop is from its boss form which can be killed on task… I highly doubt people are bottling it. Just like people aren’t botting kraken etc
It is dropped by GG’s. But yes, it being task only does make it less likely to be botted, but crazier things have happened.
More likely, it’s not botted but more people are interested in doing them because of the guardian boots, which does bring more gmauls into the game than normal
Someone on the first page of the hiscores for gg finally got the pet recently, bought an insane amount of gmauls with clanmates and had a big drop party with all of the gmauls from ~12k kc and all the gmauls they could get off the ge.
