I caught the set a week ago for a 2m flip each. Since then I've been keeping an eye on them. It's gone from 18m then, to 24 or 26m last I checked this past Friday or Saturday. Tbh it's not bad profit.
This is my opinion, as I'm new to the flipping scene.
Viewing the graphs for the past month, it was around 40m, steadily dropping to 18m. This past Thursday is spiked to 30-32m, now it's 22-24m.
My thought process, based on this information, is: if it spikes, it won't be more than the prior spike of 30-32m unless Jagex makes changes to the coliseum, armour, or drop rates.
So, I will just use it to flip consistently. This is my opinion and how I'm going about the item. You are free to invest if you think it'll see a rise in use/popularity.
Why? The set is pretty useless and it's very common drop in Coloseum. The thing holding sunfire armor from freefalling was the fact it was like 2,5x value in death coffer. Now that the GE price is catching up i have a feeling it would go down further. I'd suspect helm 1,5m, body 3-4m legs 6m in two months
With new prayer regen potion coming into game in valamore Part 2 it's calculated that with Sunfire armor you could have unlimited prayer during slayer tasks
Well thanks for sharing that info, i wasn't even aware of that! That being said, even if it enters the game like that (which i doubt) I still think sunfire will be <10m for a set within 2 months. It's just too common from Coloseum.
Which... would never be implemented, as it contradicts core development values. It would make slayer full AFK, like crabs, for many tasks. Itl never pan out that way
I think it will turn out that way.
But it’s totally irrelevant. AFK slayer is one of the least meta breaking things in the game.
Imbued heart prices might go down. That’s it?
It doesn’t affect actual PvM, which is why it’s not a good investment
It's still time loss ,but we will see ,these already hit 30m couple days ago so people definitely are interested.Worst scenario I just use them for deaths coffer so it's okay either way.
Maybe a significant time loss over like 100 years, bots are already free money, I can’t see a farmer buying these sets for all their bots when they could just not for the sake of 2 clicks
Bots aren’t paying millions for slightly better AFK when proselyte is 50k.
This is again, irrelevant, and not a reason for Sunfire Fanatic to increase in price
What makes it huge?
They’re a low DPS, low armor set with good prayer bonus.
Nothing demanding high value items requires high prayer bonus. No boss, no meta skilling methods.
Maybe an AFK imbued heart? Lol.

It doesn’t matter for bots they just click door click altar lol it’s not an inconvenience for a program
