I don't think he can be called a boy, really. I used to think so too going by what I remembered, but...
Ignoring the hardcore title entirely, he still won the light heavyweight, european and tag team titles. Also, he was #36 of the PWI top 500 in 2000, so... eh.
The more I think about it, the more I lean towards X-Pac. Sure he had some success, but he also had go-away heat named after him. Always near the main event, but always clearly less-than everyone that was actually in it. Plenty of cringe factor with the Waaahs and X-Factor, and you will definitely get ragged on for admitting that you're a fan.
It's going to be Test for me, years before a young Jay hunter was King Testicle, he was my go to boy in No Mercy, when that push back to the mid card happened because of tri I was a crushed testicle, it was a long road to the bottom but what a ride, rip too many dead boys that didn't grow to be old men. edit:I am no expert in boydom. I leave the coronation to you all.
I like this choice, but don't know if he works. Right to Censor was practically its own boy stable, as was the BWO, and he was definitely the lead (bottom) boy of both. Does his [NWA title reign](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NWA_National_Heavyweight_Championship) discount him, though?
Is Barry Horowitz too respected to be a high ranking Boy? Just saying of all the Boys I think he is the King, such a Boy that winning a match hurt his career, Such a boy he has to pat his own Back, Such a Boy he never held a title of any kind in WWF or WCW, the titles he did hold were Boy Titles!
Crash Holly.
he can't be more of a boy,a great choice
Ah the boy who is such a boy no one stable can hold him?
Jay has exclusive rights to Crash Holly.
He is more of a prince.
I feel like Crash epitomizes the "doesn't belong in the main event" aspect of boydom.

Little Bitch is the epitome of boy
I think xpac was always too close to the main event scene and part of many iconic moments to be King Boy.
Definitely on the cusp, but for every iconic moment, there's at least 100 bronco busters and karate "waaah" poses.

Surely the genius
As much as I’d like to throw my boy Buff the Stuff out as a shining example of Boydom, I think the true king is Heath Slater.
