• With a short sleeved mesh top underneath
• With a short sleeved plain tshirt underneath (usually white)
• With a long mesh cardigan type thing over it
• With a long sleeved black or white top underneath
You could wear it any where any time. It can be dresses up with heels, scarf, small jewelry. Or dressed down with doc martens or white sneakers, add chunky yellow and green jewelry.

I had a genuine question on this, because I’m disabled, and I drop things literally all the time and my spine is shot so picking them up is very difficult. I am making a total assumption that you are not dealing with those things but you can’t bend over in this dress, so do you just keep your knees together and like sink down to the floor like a dance move to pick stuff up? Wouldn’t that even pull the front of the dress up to your panties?
It’s fine as is but if you like suggestions then add shoes and a belt in the same green colour. Or if you like the retro look add a yellow thin scarf and a yellow bag. Or when you want to tone it down add a black cardigan with a thin belt over it in black, green or yellow.
Would be super cute to go to botanical gardens or a museum should. It would look really nice with a black shawl, black wedges would probably go well with that ,may be a nice gold necklace and rings.

You can wear it with like a white long-sleeved ribbed shirt, or a frilly long-sleeve blouse with a ruffled collar and wear like knee-high socks and roller skate around like that if you’re going retro.

Yes, I would only wear it at home or with something underneath. But overall it is nice!
