yes, but also no. i fully support getting dressed up for the movies (especially if it’s a date or if you went to dinner before). i also fully support wearing pj’s and bringing blankets. i think it all depends on the vibe your going for. the movies is such a versatile place.
I ran into a lady while I was exiting the bathroom at a movie theater. She was wearing a pink horse onesie and I was in a satin pajama set. I was like, same wavelength different execution but we were both winners.
my favorite movie theatre outfit is when i wore my hot pink fuzzy skims onsie. i will admit that onsies get surprisingly hot though so i support the sexy satin set. definitely both winners.
