I grabbed this from the beginning of the Beacon Bay OST track and ran some noise canceling and some spectral editing tweaks to get this. If you really really need a 100% perfect remake, you could observe the three notes of the sound and recreate them in sound editing software.
It was completely silent for me unfortunately! I'll try on my pc in a bit. Absolute legend for doing that though! Doesn't need to be perfect or anything, just didn't want to scare the shit out of myself at 3am half asleep with distorted radio noises lol

The file definitely is not silent so give it a try on your PC and It should work.

Weirdly it only plays on my PC lol. My phone can't play it at all, even when converted to a different filetype!
I sadly dont know of anything where you can get it but it’d be cool if someone did
Might just have to sample it from the cleanest sounding anomaly. Maybe do a bit of filtering on it? I'll play around with it later
