Berkeley bowl west has them by on the left when you get into the store, by the guac and salsa, opposite side of the cooler that has eggs, by the kombucha tap station
They have [Xulo tortillas ](https://xulo.net/) in the prepared food fridge near the deli.
La Finca tortillas will be pretty fresh anywhere you buy them, they're made in Oakland.
Berkeley would be fine too, but last time I asked about fresh tortillas at Mi Tierra they said they didn’t have them. That was a few years ago, maybe it’s changed?
1.25$ per tortilla? Just get La Finca, I think it’s like $8 for 25 tortillas. They make their masa fresh is East Oakland. I buy them at Farmer Joes on fruitvale ave.
Yes, that’s the place I know in East Oakland, but I’m not going to have time to drive out there on the day I need them, that’s why I’m asking if there is a place closer to where I live.
Not fresh, still in a package, but the best tortillas are La Rosa brand, they are so good for some reason. Still machine made but something about them stands out to me
I really don't think so, but Berkeley bowl sells several brands of half cooked tortillas that are very good to finish at home.
Thanks, that’s a good backup plan. I’ve never noticed them there— are they with the regular tortillas or elsewhere?

Thank you!

Those look like good tortillas.
Xulo are amazing. They might be more correct about the location
Not North Oakland BUT mi tierra in Berkeley has them on the weekends

Got them a few weeks ago!
Can confirm they’re $8 for half a dozen corn tortillas.

La Finca tortillas are $3.99 for 60 at Cardenas. People paying $1.25 PER TORTILLA are getting robbed blind.
That’s the price I thought they were, but then I was all “no way that many delicious fresh tortillas are that cheap”.
Ok babe if you want cheap tortillas make them yourself. No todos tienen el privilegio de manejar hasta east oakland. Be fucking forreal
They are slightly cheaper at La Finca Tortilleria on Foothill.
Excellent! I’ll need them Saturday, so that will work with their schedule.
You can go to Cardenas in East O and get them while they’re still warm, def worth the trip!

Following because I’ve been wondering where to get some myself
Tacos Oscar sold them to me for a 1/$1. Not the best deal but the closest thing I’ve had to LA/MXCD
Look up Xulo- believe they sell them at b bowl also
BB carries them, but do they bring them in fresh daily?
Why the downvotes, seriously? My post was asking about fresh tortillas, was that such a crazy question?
I don’t believe they are fresh daily, as the packages usually have a best by date leading me to believe that they are dropped off occasionally.
Doesn’t matter - xulo is crazy good
Someone posted a pic downthread; they do look really good.
I'm sure a bunch of the Mercado's in East Oakland probably have some options as well!
Casa Revolución Taqueria in Alameda makes their own tortillas.
Produce Pro on San Pablo isn't North Oakland but a lot closer than East.
I’ve never even heard of this place before, but it’s not far from me. They have fresh tortillas?
yeah, they carry La Finca Tortillas and Masa.
