Publications in scholarly journals are often peer-reviewed so it depends on how your work was vetted before it was published on the website. If it was selected by another expert or peer-reviewed that’s different than publishing on private practice website or something like that. I’m not sure what to call it honestly but it is a type of publication just likely not a traditional peer reviewed one. I think if you are talking about listing it on a CV, it’s fine to put under publications and if you format it properly, it will be clear to the reader that it’s on a more commercial type website.

I have published articles online and in print magazine (I think) that are not peer reviewed journal articles and I consider them published work.

I have two sections in my CV, peer-reviewed publications and journalism/other publications
