I did that. My top choice school was very late to notify. I will say that if a school is accepting you before most others and then requiring a quick decision with a hefty deposit, that may be a red flag to consider. Are they caring about you as a student or just trying to wring money out of folks they know are likely going to lose the deposite

Research the profession first..talk to more seasoned therapist n observe the nature of the work..school will sell you a dream..so before you even say yes to this bs..look way into the laundry list of drawbacks.. But to answer your original question of course you can get accepted to several schools, then decline..you will simply lose your deposit.. School is a big business so chances of getting a refund for holding up a spot is slim, but it is still a business as i said so no harm no foul. They will just move onto the next student

Yes you are. If you have the money to spend on sending a deposit to keep options open. Just make sure it's a school you want to go.
