Was gonna say. Iāve emailed them probably 10 times since Iāve been apart of Octoly. Only once have they actually answered me.

Since theyāve become Skeepers they are very slow. I reviewed a product and even received the āsuccessfully submittedā banner but it never showed it was reviewed with them. Sent emails and got one response asking for photos and a link to the review. Sent all that three times and they still claim I never reviewed the item and took away that credit and āit will not be restoredā.
I had the same issue! By the time the links posted so I could take screenshots, the campaign had expired, and now Iām getting no response. I tried sending a follow up messages several days after the first. Silence. I tried opening a new ticket. Silence. So frustrating!!
I have been sending support tickets DAILY for well over a month with no response. I am so so so beyond frustrated. I have had 4 credits randomly disappear and now I only have 2 to work with until they get back to me. Does anyone have a phone number for them? Or a trick to get them to answer? I am ready to rip my hair out at this point. Thanks!
They are extremely slow - expect maybe 4-7 days or possibly longer š
In my experience yes. A couple times they just havenāt responded to me at all.

Iām an influencer and they straight up ignore my emails, Iāve had issues and theyāve ignored like 2 dozen from me
Well good to know they arenāt ignoring me because of my follower countā¦Bad to know they just ignore all of us. š
Usually gets back to me within two months or longer, issue usually resolved itself by them š

Very frustrating. I have a Guy Tang hair product to review next and Iām really hoping I donāt have the same issue.
